Andrew Fawer is the Managing Director of Allegiant

Andrew Fawer has over 30 years of experience in real estate private equity and structured real estate debt. As Managing Director at CIBC, INC., Andrew was the Head of Fixed-Rate Origination and Securitization, spearheading the growth of a $6 billion per annum real estate securitization division, ranking among the top 10 in conduit lending. Prior to CIBC, Andrew was a Real Estate Vice President at JP Morgan Chase and was involved in restructuring troubled assets and new origination. His academic background includes an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
