Chief Operating Officer
Simon Breedon is the Chief Operating Officer of Allegiant.
He held the same role at Allegiant’s predecessor business prior to its spinoff and rebranding as Allegiant in 2016. Previously, Mr. Breedon was a Managing Director at Macquarie Investments US, a subsidiary of the Macquarie Group, where he was responsible for the origination, underwriting, negotiation and execution of performing and non-performing commercial real estate credit investments across all major asset classes. Before joining Macquarie, Mr. Breedon worked at J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns where he was involved in over $80 billion of public and private real estate transactions and worked extensively with leading private equity firms on debt and equity financings in connection with leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, divestitures and refinancing transactions. Before joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Breedon worked at HSBC in London where he was an Analyst in the investment banking division. Mr. Breedon graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in Economics.
